Very nice employees, and the free car wash promo through text worked fine. But the wash itself didn't get my car fully clean - still bird poop and dirt left. :/

I realize much too late that I had neglected to cancel the old wash pass when I traded in my car, and Thomas totally made it right with me. Premium customer service. I am a customer for life.

Good as always. A clean car is always nice. A pretty good wash, it doesn't get all the bugs. Glad to have a clean car.
