Owner kept me up to date on everything. She rushed all the parts to come in due to myself not having another vehicle. She even told me “you can call me tomorrow if you need a ride to work, I am willing to give you ride”. She even tracked down FedEx herself since they were taking awhile to deliver my bumper to her, so she went ahead and tracked them down & got it herself just so I can have my car by tomorrow.
