I’ve had vehicle glass done by Anders before and they’ve done an alright job. But let me tell you about the phone call I just had with the worst customer service from Nicole ever!!! I paid to have glass removed so I could pull my headliner, properly install the cell phone booster and re upholster my headliner on my 22 gmc sierra. I told Nicole within 20 minutes of the glass being removed I’ll be ready for re install in the morning. She said you never told me that when you originally booked and we can’t help you. When I told her I GO BACK TO TEXAS SUNDAY FOR WORK! Because I asked if they use quick set epoxy so I could have the windshield tinted. She said we recommend a week. So she knew and I discussed that with her and now it’s literally sorry about your luck. So I leave for work in three days and they will not be able to re install glass. So Anders and there terrible office staff NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED! She gave zero care about it, did not care to even work with me. Anders auto glass does not care about their customers. Avoid avoid avoid.
Update** after they respond they decide to leave out that Nicole KNEW good and well that I was leaving for Texas Sunday. She told me not to have the window tinted which I was going to oblige so I wouldn’t compromise the seal. Let me be CRYSTAL CLEAR I asked if there was anything she could do and she said NOPE and I responded with so I guess I need to find another company and she said okay AND HUNG UP!!! So I called back and asked about the 150$ they charged me for 10 minutes to cold knife out the glass. 150$$ and she said yeah that doesn’t matter. That money was also going back towards the install as per Tammi. Nicole is absolutely in the wrong. And trust me I didn’t yell at that woman, but I definitely spoke with a firm demeanor because she had zero care in the world. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM ANDERS!!

Highly recommended Anders! I got my very cracked windshield replaced for VERY cheap. I have a keyless starter above my windshield and they removed it very carefully without damaging any wires. It also has a lifetime warranty for workmanship and defective glass. In and out in under an hour! I will be recommending Anders to everyone who needs auto glass services!

Shop for other auto glass stores and Anders was the cheapest fastest. Great service highly recommended.

I used Safelight last time for another car and even with a discount code it was way more expensive.... Safelight also incorrectly reinstalled the A column trim and it fell off out on the road on BOTH sides costing me even more (like $120 each because it was a BMW). So tried these guys this time and it was way more affordable and problem free. Ander's from here on out for me.

I was recommended by several people to use Anders Auto Glass for my Racoma and my wife's Chrysler 200.
They came out to my house and did both in just over an hour. My daughter and I watched the whole time and chatted with the 2 techs.
They were polite, professional and did a good job. My wife's glass had a small defect. (Which happens) they caught it, and offered to discount or replace it.
I would recommend giving them a call and letting them replace your windshield!
And it rained twice! They weren't fazed haha.

Soliciting tips for a standard auto service is beyond tacky. Another business trying to guilt customers to compensate for their employees' wages.
Edit after owner's response: when asking for an estimate and you are given the costs for the parts and labor, and then told "in addition to whatever you want to tip the tech," yeah, that is absolutely SOLICITING TIPS. Tacky response from a tacky Karen business owner.

They’re an amazing auto glass shop. I would highly recommend them for car window repairs. I had my car in there yesterday for a side window motor replacement and they didn’t charge me anything!

Between insurance and myself, we had left over 10 messages. Communication is horrendous and unprofessional. After a week we finally heard from, Nicole. She should find a new job, because dealing with people is not her strong suit.

Ms. Tammie was very kind to me on the phone helped me out. I was recently hit by the hail storm both front an back glass shattered. Was able to get both fixed the nextday. Their technician Josh was very kind and professional. He even went the extra mile an vacuumed. Good price and clean work. I will recommend anybody to check em out.
Josh also deserves a raise for his independent work.
