“Bob is extremely helpful, and caring. He goes above and beyond in helping you secure equipment, and getting you situated with everything. I was called by u-haul to go pick up my trailer an hour away in wheatland, and went in to speak to Bob about getting a rental truck for the day. He called that location and said another trailer had just been dropped off at his place that he would give to us, preventing the need for taking a day trip to a totally different city. He also helped change the reservation so we could pick it up a day later after we filled the truck we were renting. He made the whole process so much easier for us and we're beyond grateful for everything he did to help us, especially since the u-haul app had nothing but problems the entire time we used it.”
