Rave to Justin Lafferty and the White's Mountain Subaru Team!
I wanted to take a moment to rave about the exceptional service you provided during a very challenging situation. What was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son turned into a 6 1/2 month ordeal due to major mistakes during installation by a large corporation (not Whites or Subaru).
Justin, your professionalism and genuine concern for our situation were evident from the start. You consistently kept us informed and reassured us at every step, something that was sorely lacking from the corporation that initially caused the issue. Your efforts, along with your amazing team, have not gone unnoticed and are truly appreciated.
Thank you once again for turning a disaster into a much more manageable experience. Your exceptional service is a testament to the outstanding commitment of White's Mountain Subaru to its customers. Thank you for working so hard and going the extra mile to get my son’s Subaru Legacy back to him in great working condition. ?

I was here to get my first car and we were welcomed right away by a seller. Although I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted at first he was very helpful to explain the different models to me. We were able to find a car I liked and he was very cooperative in the negotiation of the price. I am very happy with the price I paid in the end for my new car! Everyone here was very nice and it made buying the car very easy.

Awesome place. Took my husbands truck in for an oil change and tire rotation, took only about an hour and I was done.

Wonderful people and no-nonsense business.
I got into a wreck while driving cross-country, on Black Friday no less, and these guys were flexible enough to get me an estimate on my damaged car and get me into a new one right away for a fair price, even willing to work with me on trade-in options despite the wreck.
Shout out to Stephanie and Chance in particular. These guys really went above and beyond!

It has been a pleasure doing business with the staff. They are friendly and courteous. I highly recommend Kaleb in sales. We were treated very well when we came back to have our car serviced. The facility is nice and clean.

Brought my car in for emergency service during a cross-country trip when my rear wheel was making noises. White's got me an appointment ASAP and they diagnosed and treated the problem efficiently. They were super friendly and I got my car back same day! Thank you!
