Dr Doug is the best.. So thankful for him and his staff. She was having seizures he got them to stop thank God. But are other vet and Douglas told us there's nothing they can do and not even bother to come down. But they had seen her in Douglas two times before this. Long story short doctor Doug is amazing and helped us very much. Very very caring and explain everything to us in great detail. Amazing doctor very much appreciate you Dr Doug. The Cops.
We had to put our little Baby down today.

Dr Johannessen is an amazing doctor. I recommend this place for your fur babies. The staff is excellent. Hound and katt goes above and beyond to take care of your pets.. wonderful place.. they deserve more than a five star rating..

Genuinely cared for my fur baby during our visit. I wasn't able to get into see our Veterinarian until the following week. However, it was recommended I call Hound and Katt. My dogs eye was red and had a yellowish discharge. I was so grateful that they were able to get my dog in the next day. She obviously had an eye infection that needed an antibiotic to clear her infection up. Just to walk through the doors I was charged $95.00 Then the vet seeing her wanted to put eye drops another $50.00 into her eyes to dialate her pupils to see what type of infection she had before prescribing her medicated antibiotic eye drops the antibiotic eye drops $20.00 The cost would be $165.00 + taxes. What really surprised me is the cost for surgery to spay a cat cost $183.00 at another Veterinarians office. And My Dogs eye infection was only $18.00 less than the cost of surgery. This does not make any sense to me.

Paid these guys 570 dollars to tell me my dog needs surgery, 2500 dollars later after surgery she's still sick, they're a rip off nvr take your animals there they only care about money

This place is way too expensive for the vets they have on staff, and a one star rating is being nice. They tried charging me $500-600 just to put exterior stitches back in my dog after he ripped them out after he got fixed. To neuter my dog through them would have $500-$600 dollars alone. They tried to charge me what it originally would have been to get him fixed there, just to throw in 2-3 exterior stitches. The place is a scam and not worth it! When I asked/ suggested about an alternate course of treatment they just continuously shut me down without an explanation. I have been raised around large livestock and animals my entire life. I’m not an idiot and I know there are other ways to treat animals than just one specific method. They have horrible customer service as well when I told them I was just trying to save myself a trip to douglas they said they didn’t care and told me to go because they would not do the course of treatment I wanted for my dog. The vets in douglas put in a few staples for me for free! If you want a vet that cares more about money than your animal than go to them but they definitely are not worth the price for mediocre vets.

Absolutely the worst vet and customer service ever. They are absolutely terrible.Do Not ever take your pets there. Such disgusting help customer service and pet providers. I will never go there again. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star absolutely horrible

Our Cane Corso had puppies on Monday & this is our first experience with pups. We have had loads of questions and they have answered every time and been so kind and understanding with my questions concerns and multiple phone calls a day. They’ve gotten back to me in timely manor and never once made me feel like a burden for calling so much with so many questions. They have made this experience SOOOO much easier on my family and our new pups!! Thank you so much to everyone at Katt & hound!! You are all so amazing !!

They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. A couple months ago I took my senior dog in for teeth infection, it took some talking to get an appointment, since we were not one of their regular customers. When I took my dog in they seem like they were good. They put my dod on a antibiotic for 10 days it seemed to work, but the 11th day I called them and actually talked to a person and told them she was peeing blood they tolde a doctor wood call me , never ever got a call back.This past weekend I called them on Saturday evening and left a message saying my dog was having seizures , the emergency said that they would give me a call as soon as they can, it is after hours Monday and I never got a call. But no need now because my sweet girl past away. If your smart and care for your animals never use these people !!!

Sunday November 19th, 2023 around 3:00 in the afternoon my dog got into a porcupine and had hundreds of quills in his muzzle and inside his mouth. Wife called Hound and Katt's emergency after hours service and left a detailed message. They're recording said they would get back with us but never did and just left us hanging in an emergency situation. Luckily all creatures veterinary hospital came through for us.

Called to find out about services...The Wyoming Spay and Neuter foundation said all vets would accept vouchers to help with spay/neuter, however this clinic does not. They would get paid by the voucher as well as cash payment so unsure why this would be a problem for them. Searching for a good vet, this clinic is crossed of my list. ALL ANIMALS need services,and I'm not asking for something for free. Thanks

We wish to thank Dr. Laura, Dr. Doug and their wonderful staff for the excellent, loving and compassionate care that they gave Jake and us. We were devastated by his cancer and each of you made it so much easier to bear.

One of the best vet's we have ever seen. It was an emergency and we were traveling. They took care of us like we were family. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a veterinarian.

No stars, very unprofessional people. There are not compassionate . Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. I give him no stars and I would not recommend anyone. I wouldn’t even take a snake there and that is my opinion when it was West side animal hospital I was there for over 20 years with my pets, I have a new puppy a teacup Chihuahua. They were horrible with. Never will I go back to them nor recommend in any way, shape or form!
