They had it repaired in less than 48 hours, and the final price was less than what they originally quoted. Excellent pricing and quality craftsmanship. You would never know it had been repaired by looking at it! My partner previously brought in a watch for a battery replacement, and upon our return to pick up my ring, he brought them 9 more watches to have the battery replaced. They gave him an excellent bill replacement deal and had those done in less than 48 hours as well!
