Worst consumer service, will make you wait with no one in sight, doesn’t greet or apologize for the wait, incompetent and only manager knows how to check people out. Go to the one on Wy Blvd and save yourself.

I have heard some horror stories about this place and was a little uneasy when I had to send my sons prescription there! However, from the gentleman working the front, to the ladies in the pharmacy, everything was great! Very kind and upfront about wait times. I even got a discout on my prescription, which I was very grateful for! My insurance isnt contracted out to them, so I wont be sending my stuff there, but in a bind, everyone was amazing and I hope they know how grateful I am for them!!

Very aggressive the manager Rachel was to me. I went to load my card and she walks towards me at the register and says what do you need? Like I was taking back for a moment the lady cashier called for a manager and left me there to call Rachel up and she obviously didn't know what I needed but customer service would have started off as Hello how are you? How can I help you. NOT....WHAT DO YOU NEED.

Update: 6 years after my initial review here. Just had an awful experience with Jennifer in the pharmacy. Extremely rude and impatient service all around. Yikes! Taking my review from 3 stars down to 1. And I’m definitely never getting a prescription filled at this pharmacy again!
Went in to pick up a prescription for my wife. They were not super busy but it took a long time to wait in line and get up to the counter to talk to them. Once I did I was told it was going to be almost an hour to get the prescription filled and I had to come back later in the day. They weren't excessively rude, it just seemed odd that everything was taking so long considering how few people were in the store and drive through lines.

Refused to give me my pre-paid prescription because my car is right hand drive. I dont understand how that has anything to do with my medication

I started buying cigarettes at this location on Cy Ave. We smoke 2 cartons a week. They only order 2 cartons of my brand a week so I would come the same day they get their truck and buy them both. Well, a couple times they only had 1 and half so I asked if they could up their order so I could purchase 2. Every since then, I have only been able to purchase 4 packs. I guess they don't want to sell cigarettes at this location so I'm taking my business to the other location. Thanks for nothing.

Every month they harass my doctor about my medications. Every month. Month after Month. I'm debilitated with a non curable illness. It's also an illness with no known medications to help. My pharmacy should not assume my doctor is incapable of prescribing appropriate medications.

The ones that work in the pharmacy are rude they will straight up ignore a customer till they get ready to help you instead of acknowledging you and letting you know they will be with you shortly. Just no customer service skills

Extreemely hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone! I sat on hold with them for over 15 minutes just to be hung up on.

Pick another pharmacy unless you like being on hold when you call or waiting in long lines. Doesn't matter if it's walk in or drive through.

Pharmacy needs more help or something. My last few prescription over the last few months have taken 6-8 hours to fill.
