Mariah and Sarah did great helping me figure out how to lower my plan and add a new line without increasing my bill cost almost at all! I will definitely be back!

I went in to pay a bill and Mariah helped me and let me know that I can upgrade. She told me that my bill could possibly decrease. I will be going back tomorrow to have Mariah assist me to get my new phone. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions! Always such great customer service at this location!!!

No direct number to store, tried getting in contact and it was a 1800 number. Spoke with a guy who knew nothing about what I needed. Have yet to find a way to contact the store directly about a mistake they made. 0/10

Good customer service is not easy, Kelly did a great job! Staff were friendly and helpful! Watched them help several other customers and did a great job even with some of the most technology challanged.

I had a problem with my phone and I went on to my Verizon app and scheduled an appointment and got him. Got a new phone ordered and was back out the door in no time at all. Everybody was friendly and had a smile. Those are the kind of businesses that I like to frequent.
