Horrible. Feels like every other thing they told me was a lie. Didnt even set up my trade in or tell me they CANT set it up because theyre not a real verizon store. Lucky I called customer service. Actual Verizon CSR was great. Just go to the real Verizon. Luckily for these guys I wont step foot in here again. So gross. Just deal with people honestly. Your job impacts real humans. Its not unimportant to move through life with integrity.

Today I rushed in due to the most extraordinary deal, coupled with trying to overcome the constant harassment of the “mini phone” user statements. Upon entering the store Matt could sense my concerns and immediately left his work to greet me. At which time he then diligently heard out my concerns and as if to be a magician he collected an IPhone 15 out of thin air. It was in this moment I knew he was going to pull me out of despair. After the most professional yet engaging conversation, Matt transferred the phones and completed the setup. Whoever allowed Matt to perform this role has blessed the world. To call him a savior is an understatement.
