I called them trying to work for them, and he politely let me down, wasn't rude. I know a lot of times people will post when they have awful experience, and I was rather nervous about calling, but pretty nice over the phone.

Called to ask if they would accept a boat and trailer. The boat had no engine and was left on property by tenants. When I told the person on the phone I wasn't sure what it was made from he said "I've got a number of someone who might" gave me the number and promptly hung up. Extremely rude and not great customer service at all.

Every part anyone could ever need and if he doesn't have it there...He will find it for you great place great parts. Terry knows everyone in his surrounding area and everyone knows him for reliability and honesty. Whether it be good or bad he'll let you know. Most people live with the parts they were looking for and Smile.. Great place!!!

Called one day asked for a part. They said hey had it and I could pick up part next business day. I get off work early to pick up part next business day and spend 35 min waiting for them to get the part.
