Happy I was able to find what I needed at staples when no one else in town carried it.
Employees actually ask if I need help. Therefore you can clearly tell they are taking job seriously. Employees work & don't just stand around and gossip. I enjoy that Employees are expected to be friendly & helpful.

The print part of this store has gone so far downhill. I have had to outsource nearly everything for our business. I went in today to purchase 3 5x7 type photos and was told that they do not have photo paper and could only print 8x10. Seriously? How does this store still operate. The GM surely has no clue how to run the place or this kind of stuff would not keep happening. This is the Casper location. You would think as the only big office supply store in town they would actually try a little customer service.

Overall, I've always been a fan of this Staples. It's always clean, smells great, is organized, and has great stuff.
But the Copy Center has gone downhill lately. For well over 15 years I have been having large pieces of my artwork scanned as picture files so I can modify them in Photoshop for Web publication. The young gentlemanly person with the awesome nail polish that used to work that department was the nicest human being I have ever met and my scans always came out great! I recommended the Staples copy center to every artist friend I have in town, but lately things have gone dramatically downhill.
Pieces get scanned at a poor resolution, get cut off, get saved as the wrong file type, get scanned with washed out colors, and it's taking 3-4 trips back and forth, wasting $25 of gasoline, to get anything usable. It's like nobody working back there knows how to work the machines. I'd be happy to use the self service scanners and do it myself, but they only scan to PDF! I wish they'd let me come back and adjust the settings myself, but I understand why that isn't an option.
If one department can degrade so much within a couple of years, it makes me hesitant to keep going back. Do better, please.

I am on 2 crutches. I had around 7 products in my shopping cart heading to checkout. I stopped and looked at some chairs. A saleswoman by the name of Acacia asked if she could help me. I needed a chair measurement so she got a tape measure, and measured several chairs for me. I picked one, she got the box and took the box and my cart to the checkout. After checking out, Acacia took everything I bought to my car and loaded it for me. Very helpful and happy. I give Acacia an A+ or a 5 out of 5. Staples... you have an excellent employee!

Store # 1418 Extremely poor customer service!! I had a small project and needed a page of printed stickers. Brittany waited on me and wasn’t the least bit interested in helping me stating her machine couldn’t do that! So I went down the street to Fed Ex and was helped by a wonderful young lady named Trena who whipped out my perfect stickers for less than 2 bucks in 3 minutes!!! Go to Fed Ex for all your printing needs!! Will not go back to Staples!!

I'm not really happy with the service. I ordered business cards last night that were supposed to be ready by 7:30 the next night. At 5pm I called about my order and was told they had to send my order out because their machine broken. I couldn't get my cards for a week. That was unacceptable. They told me they could now print for the next day. No curtusy call to let me know when was going on.
