Garbage service for the price. Price continues to rise. Service interrupted many times this month yet I'm expected to pay for time they are down due to their own issues. Please save yourself and get any other provider than this garbage.

Thanks to Brent, the service was amazing on 11/15/23. My husband and I got new phones quickly all because Brent knew what he was doing, despite a long line of customers and being the only employee. He has provided great customer service to my family over the last few years. Thank you.

Spectrum. The store is okay and the product is good. Reliable Internet. Like most consumers, I once had a TV/Internet package that became too expensive, so I reduced my service to (only) Internet. Now, I’ll tell you three things that should concern you. Internet service is NOT content. It simply provides a means to access content, much of which is behind paywalls or by subscription. The Federal government invested heavily in fiber installation nationwide, and companies like Spectrum don’t use it. Internet access was never intended to cost $90.00 per month. It’s gone the “way of the F150,” in that it’s become much more expensive than many people can reasonably afford. $90.00 is a ripoff. When I called Spectrum, I was advised to discontinue service and return 30 days later, as a new customer. That was the only option. Well, Spectrum, my momma won’t let me pay $1,100.00 a year for an internet connection. She says that's a touch too much.

Spectrum charges you for equipment even if you return it! I have a receipt with the model and serial number showing returned and they charged me anyways. Also, when you try to cancel service, plan on it taking months. They hang up on you when you try to cancel. Spectrum is immoral and the worst company I've ever dealt with. Never again.

Such a terrible service I was paying 90$ for the fastest internet service for 3 years turns out I was getting the normal speed all along and they told me when I first signed up that it's was the fastest. What a Load of BullCrap. As soon as that New Internet Store Opens they got a new customer.

When you return equipment hold on to the receipt for at least 4 years because spectrum will decide you owe them money years down the road . I maid sure the equipment was returned. Moved out of town , moved back and used spectrum again signed up with no trouble didn't owe money passed credit . Got service with no deposit ect used them and paid all bills on time for 2 more years . When I moved again I turned in equipment and paid off whatever they said I owe. Now 8 months later I am getting collection calls saying I didn't return equipment from several years ago and rhat I owe them money . I have used spectrum for years and I will ne er use them again

Our internet works about 50% of the time, we've tried different things to get it to work better. This internet is just trash and over priced ??♀️

Visited the store and had my number ported over in 20 minutes. There is a promo for 300mpbs internet with an unlimited phone line free for a year. Everything comes to $55 a month with a one time $25 self installation fee. After a month both the phone plan and internet plan have been working great. The internet stopped working once for about 10 minutes but that's it. Otherwise I can stream HD video with no problems on multiple devices. Very happy with the customer service and the service itself.

Spectrum is the absolute worst and will never get another dime of my mine. Their customer service sucks. They always raise your rates and nickel and dime you. HATE HATE HATE spectrum.

terrible internet if you're playing games, never run below 70 ping on any game you play. and its the most inconsistent internet ive ever had. also, you dont even get the speeds you pay for.

My wifi hardly ever works, I was late on my bill and I received SIX phone calls in an hour. Is that really necessary? I still had 10 days to pay before it was late. They also wanted to charge me an extra 10.00 to pay it with a representative? Are you kidding me?! I paid it and an hour later got a SEVENTH call. The "owner" who "replied" obviously didn't read the review.

There was only one employee there, the weren't even using the reservation system or the login system to keep lines organized. When we left there were enough people in line that the last person would probably have to wait about an hour to get helped.

I work from home and they are the ONLY internet provider option. Their internet has gone down three times in the last two weeks causing major issues for me. I can't wait for Blue Peak to be available in my area...

If you are having problems or unhappy I recommend going to the store in person and everyone there is happy to help.Brant was knowledgeable and kind. Solved my problem and I was in and out within 5 mins.

If you ask them to check for any promotions for your account it can get you the lowest rates. Best dealing with them we have ever had.
