The woman named BEV I believe needs to be informed that instacart shoppers come in the store several times a day. She harasses me regularly. What is it anybody business that I come in more then once a day. It's very frustrating to be just working along and just get pestered for nothing. If there was another Kroger location even slightly close I'd go there just to avoid thus one woman. Other then her everybody is delightful and friendly.

Loyal customer for years. Tried cashing a small check from a huge international bank, and after having 4 incompetent individuals inspect the check told me they couldn’t do it. Done with them.

The customer service is severely lacking in the deli and bakery area. Every time we go to either counter we are told that we will have to wait a few minutes before they can help us. And that is with three people milling about. Usually one is helping a customer and the other two pretend to clean something. The produce section is nasty as there is always a ton of rotten produce to dig through to try to find anything good. I attached a couple pics from my most recent visit to this store. I give three stars because there are a lot of good folks that work here and are super helpful. But the deli, bakery, and produce manager act like you are bothering them when you ask for help

Store is fine but pharmacy personnel is the worst I've dealt with. Very rude and unprofessional. Not just Lee- pharmacist but also his female technician. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
If you have a choice, go somewhere else.

Smiths usually has some of the better prices in town. It is also user friendly in its layout. The staff is also very helpful if you need some guidance.

I love shopping at smith's because they have the best looking produce in town. I do wish they though they would have more case load sales.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. The prices are mostly fair, the employees are always friendly and the hours are great. The only thing that I think should be fixed is keeping the store's holiday hours updated online. I tried to go there today, on Christmas, to buy milk, because it states online they're open until 4pm. The sign on the door says CLOSED. Approximately 12 others arrived while I was there and were a little agitated for the same reason.
