0 stars. Worst customer service. Will lose your prescriptions and get the doctor mixed up of who sent them. Info will get erased out of their system, they will lie and each person will tell you something different. They will claim you picked up prescriptions you haven’t. Will claim doctors didn’t send prescriptions or actually send faxes or calls to your doctor when needed. Never take any fault for their mistakes and say your abs the doctor are to blame when their systems are messed up. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

They don't like doing returns even when it is their fault. I think management should be replaced by other people or AI. It couldn't get worse. Also they like to put rotten food in the coolers as half off.

About half of their frozen meals' seals are broken. So I started opening the box to check before I bought them. They didn't like that. A manager told me it'd be better if I just bought them and returned faulty ones, because my time obviously has no value. I will never return. Walmart doesn't mind me checking ahead of time. And Walmart has a much better percentage for a good seal, on the same brands... weird.

Apparently they don't like to do their actual job. Called to ask if they had a certain prescription available and was told they don't have time to check on it and to have my doctor call. What's the difference?! So they'd rather waste my doctor's time because he's not busy enough.Lazy and rude. Go elsewhere.

This store is the best. It has items that other stores do not carry. I love the customer service and the store manager works super hard to keep it clean and fully stocked. This pharmacy is the only store that can get my meds so I need them ☺️.

I had just been seen for a severe asthma . The pharmacist told me 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and tried to get it. He told me to come back in another 20 minutes, knowing I was struggling to breathe. He refused to try to help me. Even when I told him I didn't think I had the strength to come back. What a j****

For being in charge of medications, if they don't have the stock for your prescription, Smith's Pharmacy would rather have you miss a dose or go without it. The will not take accountability or even communicate with the patients on this matter. I was told they are not responsible for contacting doctors or the patients for being out of stock.
