Terrible service from the one judgemental hard of hearing townie with his old world views as if the south will rise again. It was one of those experiences where you have to chalk it up to its the last generation where discrimination still exists. Me and other patrons were told I'm not running a rest stop here. As each one of us had to purchase a cup for a $1 to use the restroom as we checked out out rooms early so we would not miss our bus that is next door. I also never felt so treated to purchase something in my life cause this elderly gentleman that can't hear you have to repeat everything to at least 2 times is carrying a huge cannon of a gun on his hip. He could easily misinterpret anything we said and killed us all over nothing. Why would a shell station that is in a decent neighborhood and that is closed at night and literally within .5 miles away from police station need a firearm strapped to his side. I think all shell stations should be free of firearms. I should not feel afraid to purchase fuel. I would feel the same way if the batista across the street at Starbucks had a gun strapped to her hips. At least she could hear me and I don't have to repeat 2 times. I'm pretty sure 100ft away that the neighborhood gets so much better where they dont requirea weapon. Directly across the street. I would and should have went there but it was so crowded. Now wonder there seems to be empty at shell no one wants to get shot by a confederate flag loving communist.

Credit card readers at two different pumps malfunctioning. Tap does not work and machine tried to lock card without reading.

A small place but VERY clean. It has 1 big family bathroom that is handicapped accessible. A wheelchair users delight..

I love this Shell station the always have something nice to say and I always have a good conversation with them.when I come in. Plus during this current crazy snow storm they allowed me to park my van overnight so we could plow my road . I will always come here

Good customer service, gas and diesel is more cause its right along i-25. But, sign up for theor rewards program and you'll save .05 a gallon (up to 20 gallons per transaction) the customer service and quality diesel is why i keep coming here.
