If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I received a bracelet as a gift and no sender was included. After emailing and calling, leaving a message for this company, no one has responded to me. I have to resort to posting on Facebook, asking if anyone was the sender- so tacky. Not responding to a customer is b******* and not a good way to do business. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have ordered many many items from Pure Impressions. I am impressed with the high quality of work. I am able to customize items for my friends with inside jokes or make a grandmother bracelet with all the grandkids names. Little additions to the package are fun little surprises like a magnet that spoke to me mind/matter (mind over matter). I recommend Pure Impressions to everyone I know looking for that special gift.

I ordered 3 pairs ofnearrings & they are so great! One pair was not the color I thought I had ordered when I received it, but I alerted the page & the correct color was shipped to me without any additional cost! I love the product & the customer service was great! I will be ordering again!

Bought a stamped ring, which had a saying stamped in it ( not a special order saying) received the ring fast; however, it is missing a word. I sent four emails regarding this and have never received an email back. Very poor customer service. I saw lots of other things I wanted to order for upcoming gifts, glad I waited until I received my ring, but since they will not return my emails about the defect I won't be ordering those gifts.
