Normal run of the mill flying J, but they've got a pothole the managers have been made aware of many times and just laugh off at the suggestion of fixing, filling, anything. I can only imagine how many trucks this thing has screwed up. It fills up with water and looks deceptively shallow.

Were I to post a scathing review of this fine establishment I would most assuredly include my last name. There is not a single bad thing I can say about the workers and the people who are here on a daily basis. If I were to complain about anything it would be the store manager and her penchant for trying to hold control over the lives of the people who are just trying to earn a living, or it would be about how she lords her wealth over the minimum wage workers, or how she is a habitual liar, etc. But I'll refrain from saying anything too nasty. The guy in the cashier Mario is very disrespectful not even listening or not even looking to your face treating you like no one after looking into your eyes and smiling having fun with you with other cashier old lady next to him making gossip about other employees I told him I want to pay. I don’t want it to be deducted from my points. He hurts and on purpose he deducted from my points. This is going to be the reason I will never ever use Pilot again very bad uneducated employees.

I travel around the states a lot. But I have never encountered such friendliness as at this truck stop, here they leave water in the shower for the visitor, these are small things but very nice. Thank you guys who work here

This is good place to stop for truckers you will find Walmart burger king subway mc d most of all i like they provide water bottle at the shower which is unique

It’s quite small with a gigantic subway. Looks like it was a restaurant at one time there’s 20 spots maybe with another 10 creative but beware because there’s about seven or eight local drivers that clog it up there’s trailer sitting here with no tractors

Small J and approach to fuel pumps can leave trucks sitting in the street waiting to get to a pump. Slave pump not working on my pump. Report it to cashier and he said people had already mentioned it. I said it should be marked as out of order and he said he agreed and copped an attitude about the whole situation and then didn't want to give me my receipt.

Best gas price in 3,000+ miles of travel! Clean restrooms, a Subway and many other food and beverage choices. A "must stop" for us between Colorado and Montana.
