They are hands down the best in town! I had 2 very exceptional situations with my jewelry: One was with my 20 yr old wedding ring & the other was a 47 yr old custom jewelry piece I inherited from my Grandmother. They went above and beyond in both situations putting my distress at ease and finding out of the box solutions.

Oaks is an exceptional jewelry store. We are so lucky to have a place like this in Casper. I worked with Haley and Tracy for my ring needs, and they were both very helpful. A "gem" in downtown Casper! I have had several rings sized there and picked out my birthday present of a custom made elk tooth ring. Their selection of Wyoming Cowboy jewelry is unprecedented! A must stop for everyone as they have something for you!

Employees are friendly and helpful, their jewelry inspection and cleaning are a great resource. I used them for a ring repair and it was a quick turnaround and my ring looks good as new!
