Oil Change in Casper, WY

“Here to get my oil changed...going to have to find somewhere else to get my brakes taken care of?.
This place doesn't have time to do the brakes before closing and they are closed on Saturday.
I stopped at one other place before here and he said he didn't have time and he is booked on Saturday...he wouldn't recommend another business I could go to because they are competitors (I understand) but I'm not from here and on a time crunch to get things done...he wouldn't help out an out of towner? ”

“I don’t usually write reviews, but Les Schwab Tires on Wyoming Boulevard deserves one—and not just any review, but one filled with praise, gratitude, and maybe a little bit of comedy! First off, let me say this: Mike is the kind of guy who makes you feel like you’ve known him forever, even if you’ve only just met. He’s quick to respond, always has a smile, and somehow knows exactly what my car needs before I even say a word. It’s like he’s got a tire-changing sixth sense or something.

Every time I pull up, whether it’s for a routine oil change or because I’m too lazy to air up my own tires in subzero weather (come on, you’ve all been there), Mike and the crew are right on it. They treat me like I’m their only customer—even though I know the place is always busy. Jim and the rest of the team are great too, but Mike… well, let’s just say he’s the guy I’d want on my trivia team if the topic was ‘Best Tires in Casper.’

These guys don’t just do tires and oil changes—they do it all with a smile, a handshake, and more efficiency than I ever thought possible. Honestly, I’m convinced Mike could get me new tires while juggling wrenches, answering a dozen calls, and still manage to ask me about my day. He’s that good.

If you’re in Casper and need anything car-related, do yourself a favor: go to Les Schwab on Wyoming Boulevard. They’ll treat you right, make you laugh, and have you back on the road faster than you can say, ‘Do I really need an oil change every 3,000 miles?’ Trust me, you won’t find better service anywhere.”

“I drove all the way from Dubois just to get my oil changed. The local place in Dubois said the 1st opening they had was August 17th. I was desperate due to being way over my mileage for next servicing due to a road emergency that caused a double round and back from Kansas to Dubois, Dubois to Kansas, then back to Dubois.
I arrived at Lube Express almost at closing. When I shared my situation, all the staff decided to allow me as their last customer.
They were polite, through, and well wishing as I settled my bill.
I am so thankful for taking me last minute, to all the staff. Especially the guy that had to man the heat of the pit.

“This is directed at the 05 avalanche. Parts supplied by the customer would not work. Options for new parts, with warranty and used parts with out warranty were given. Customer chose the used parts. This business gives no warranty with used parts. Please contact the business if there are any issues instead of giving unwarranted reviews”

He was very personable and professional he did not bother me continuously just emailed and called initially. “I 10 out of 10 had the greatest visit at the auto care center this evening. A few months ago I had purchased tires on the Walmart app for easy pick up and I had them privately installed. I blew a tire over the weekend so naturally took it to Walmart thinking I had warranty. My tech was so kind explaining the process, kindly informing me I didn’t have warranty because I didn’t have them installed at Walmart - then by saving me money patching and installing the tire back on for free because I had Walmart plus! He was so informative and willing to answer my many questions. And on the way out I had a different man who checked me out, and gave me my free ticket, of which I’m still shocked by (thank you Walmart plus), but THEN! He saw me struggling to carry my baby kids and groceries out, he grabbing all of my groceries, loaded them in my car without being asked and wished my a wonderful evening. I cannot thank and recommend these guys enough. I’m a total damsel in distress and have never changed a tire so they saved the day, and the groceries, and the car. I’m forever great full. Thank you!”
