The Nic has been a Casper institution for years. I was able to visit in 2014 and it was better than I'd remembered as a kid. Big airy spaces, great exhibits and a very nice children's program make this a match for any big-city art museum.

Great spot for the artists at heart. We went-on a Sunday and it was free. Another definite plus for us. My nephew is a starting artists and this is one of those quick stops that you make to give them a boost in creativity.

I've never actually been IN this establishment. .. but I always love the events held on the grounds. Farmers market, family events, etc

Got shut out on a fly fishing trip so taking in the sights of Casper. Really surprisingly nice museum and its offerings in this town that is not so sleepy.

Great museum, in Wyoming walked in not expecting much but was impressed by all the local art and a lot of it was under auction! Great displays by local artists and past artists!

Nicolaysen museum and discovery center is a wonderful museum to enjoy while visiting Casper. Deb is a Wonderful Museum Ambassador. Picasso, Dali, Francis Bacon, Marie Louise Marsey, Henri Matisse! Wow great small town collection. The gift shop is wonderful and filled with local artist art. I recommend this museum. Thank you
