Clean store with friendly and helpful staff.Had everything I needed, the lady working at the check-out made sure all the available coupons worked correctly and that the items were all bagged carefully.

Always love going to Michael's, and today I had exceptionally great service from the young gentleman in the framing department who helped me measure posters, pick frames, and install - he even carried one of them out to my car for me. 10/10 every time.
