“Ordered my lunch online for pick up. Received timely notifications that my order was received, an estimated time that my order would be ready, and a notification that my order was ready. I got the candied BLT on sourdough. Delightful! The tomatoes were amazing. The candied bacon was cooked perfectly. The sourdough was great. The ingredient they didn't list on the menu but I could taste in my sandwich and full experience? Love. I don't have a picture of my sammy because I started chowing down as soon as I got home. I'll get a picture next time around. Thank you Grant Street friends! You all rock!”

“Every once in a while you find a business that not only has incredible quality, but is also run by some amazingly kind and generous people. Brattis is truly that kind of place! My wife and I have been purchasing meat and produce from here since we moved to Casper just over a year ago. We are constantly impressed by the quality of their meats and cheeses. Some of the pre-prepared selection is also really handy for elevating a meal (like their Potatoes Au Gratin, which is fantastic). We feel very fortunate to have a place like Brattis in Casper, and we have been personally blessed by the kindness and generosity of all that work there. We cannot recommend it highly enough!”

“First time there I was in a hurry to leave they got my mule deer in one day and they did a great job I'm a retired butcher for 33 years people don't realize that when you bone out an animal and cut it right and discard the blood shot and stuff you wouldn't want to eat you might not get the amount you think you should have gotten but what you do get is quality and that's what matters to me. “I've bought 2 hogs and 1 quarter cow from Kompac meats, quality has been excellent as well as the price. Don't understand the low ratings other than maybe competitors trying to knock down their Google rating. The thing that I like the most is the packaging. They vacuum seal all the meat, this is awesome. I've gotten hogs before that we're paper wrapped, not a huge fan. Paper doesn't last as long as vacuum sealing, it's messy and there always the danger of freezer burn. Anyway I highly recommend.”
