First I used them in the past and loved the experience. I decided to use them again because of the great service I got last time. Totally different experience the second time around. Poor communication through the entire deal was rude the last couple of days while trying to figure out how much longer they would have my vehicle after two weeks when it was only supposed to take at most 4 days. I will not be using them any longer prices kept changing along with their stories about fixing a part they broke this experience was terribleService: Engine repair

Worst mechanic I've ever dealt with. I called last week to make an appointment for a diagnostic and made an appointment for 8 am Monday. I called at 10:30 to see ho close they were so I can come by on my lunch and they haven't even looked at it. When I questioned why I had to make an appointment the lady got real short and rude and said to just come get my truck. I will never go back and will tell everyone to stay clear.

Master mechanic is by far the the most honest mechanic shop in town. I have used them for years and they have always got down to the actual problem. They have never tried to sell me services I didnt need. They are always fast, friendly and professional. Even if I lived out of town I would continue to use them.

Master Mechanic has always taken care of me. They do really great work and they sure that they get down to the root cause of the problem. In the last four years I have taken then my car here for almost everything. They have insured the work they did as well. Which makes me have peace of mind. I have never been treated so disrespectful, EVER...ANYWHERE!After, previously, making a 1PM appointment to have my AC serviced, I arrived 10 mins. early, on the appointed Fri.Finding a "closed, will return at 1" sign on the door; no problem! But after waiting until 1:30, I finally called to see if, and/or whenthey would be open! No answer, so left message! Still...no problem! Finally at 2 pm I received a callback. I was told she had had problems and asked if I would like to re-schedule. It was still only 2 o'clock so I said I would rather get it done today. She asked if I could drop it off and leave it. I told her I would probably just wait for it!She told me the boss wouldn't allow me to wait....... now the problem!! Surprised by this, I chuckled and said "oh, really...I can't wait for it", at which time she told me "no and you need to take your car somewhere else"! Then she, pronptly, HUNG UP ON ME!Imagine that! I'm 70 yrs old, with health problems! A Viet Nam U.S. Navy veteran and have never been treated this way!I wouldn't spend a dime in this establishment if it were the only game in town! I hope this serves to forewarn any future prospective patrons.

Normally I don't leave negative reviews.. But I've yet to get a phone call back and it's been 2 weeks from Nicole. I will start off saying that Nicole was very friendly and accommodating by even taking me to my hotel I was staying in at the time of my issue... They did do a tune up and it was done accurately thank you for that also an oil change thank you for that... however, when it came to the real problem well that's where the issue comes in. At first the vehicle scan codes P0725 and P1722. They replaced the crank shaft sensor which cost $53.99 with an after market sensor... which I was never told nor asked about specific sensor...what I know now from the current mechanic is that an after market part should have never been put on. So, when I found out at the new mechanic I called and spoke with Nicole and she said that's what they do because if they didn't people wouldn't pay for it from manufacturer being that it's more expensive. I asked her if anything what could she do for me sense the replacing of the sensor didn't work nor was a good part. She said she'd call me back... (still waiting) The new mechanic also brought to my attention that the sensor was leaking oil. Therefore this is the reason that would make more sense as to why when they (Master Mechanic) gave the vehicle back it read a new code error of P0335. Which is crankshaft sensor according to their paperwork. Also, to the car shut off one hour after they brought it back to me. Nicole was nice enough to call me back after hours and tell me she could see it the next morning and they could take a look at it again. I couldn't stay another night. I had already stayed from Friday night thru Wed waiting so they could get the part and do the maintenance. The new mechanic put the new sensor on and it was only $79.12. The labor was pretty comparable to that of master mechanic. I just really wish I could have got a phone call back and would like to be refunded the money for the part $53.99 and the labor $134.98... considering I did pay $657.23 which includes all the services. Thanks.Unfortunately it doesn't show the whole pic but I wanted to show the difference with price and description of issue but you can't see that.
