I brought in this purse approximately 24 inches by 24 inches it had become somewhat dingy not as bright as it was when it was new it's the first time it had ever been cleaned. I've been a customer for probably 40 years and this is the very first time that I've ever thought that your pricing was very high! I was charged $20 even for the cleaning of this purse. I was quite shocked that the price was that high the cleaning job was excellent the first looks like new and we're very pleased with that my only issue was the price!

Possibly the worst customer service in town. The first time I went there, they misplaced one of my suits (though they did find it later that week), which should have been my first red flag. But I kept coming back. No major issues…just grumpy employees. Fine, whatever.
Last Tuesday, I dropped off another suit. Slip said pick it up Wednesday, the person said “Maybe Thursday, just to be safe.” I didn’t need it until the weekend, so I waited until Friday. When I dropped by on Friday afternoon, the employee told me that she was really sorry but my suit still wasn’t ready; come back next week. I noted that they had promised it would be ready on Wednesday, and the employee told me to mention this when I went to pick it up and they’d give me a discount. I finally got a message on Monday afternoon saying that it was ready, so I came to pick it up this morning. The employee this morning offered no apologies and even argued with me when I mentioned that the other employee said anything about a discount. She told me that she’d have to call her boss, and disappeared for nearly 5 minutes. When she came back, she then proceeded to tell ME how I should respond to any other employees there who offer any discount or apology for them missing their pick up date. She offered me $5 off my cleaning today (while noting that they’d never offer a discount like this again). When I went to hand her my card, she immediately pulled back and said, “You’re not paying with cash? Well then I can’t apply the discount.” I paid full price and left. And I’m never coming back.

I have never had to use a dry cleaner before but have always seen this location as I drive through town so I decided to bring my items there. The gal that took my items and “checked” them in wasn’t the friendliest person. But my items were done in a timely mater and looked better than I dropped them off. I will use them again when I need to.
