I drove all the way from Dubois just to get my oil changed. The local place in Dubois said the 1st opening they had was August 17th. I was desperate due to being way over my mileage for next servicing due to a road emergency that caused a double round and back from Kansas to Dubois, Dubois to Kansas, then back to Dubois.
I arrived at Lube Express almost at closing. When I shared my situation, all the staff decided to allow me as their last customer.
They were polite, through, and well wishing as I settled my bill.
I am so thankful for taking me last minute, to all the staff. Especially the guy that had to man the heat of the pit.

In and out, car got done. They are certainly efficient!
I didn't get a call when my car was done, nobody answered the phone when I called to check, no voice-mail set up so I also didn't get my call returned. That's not a big deal, we just went after work for it.
They put a higher oil in without consulting with me, so I'm a bit curious how that would have worked had I declined it when it was already in my car.... I trust the pros, though. This is a good spot for a quick oil change, definitely wish the process was a bit better but overall decent.

I'm not happy! I was there for work but needed an oil change. That wasn't the problem. The problem was they washed my windows with dirty dirty water, then when they aired up my tires, they did not put my caps that were specially ordered back on. What the hell!!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!

Very fast oil change. Less than 15 minutes. Rating 4 stars because of the staff friendliness. Front desk woman was a little rude and had some snippy responses.
