HORRENDOUS customer service. Maybe your employees should respect the conversation that the customer is trying to have with them more than the conversation on their cell phone. Do better Loaf N Jug, this woman today is absolutely unacceptable

Not sure why or when they changed the system, but my husband should’ve had a refund for the gas he didn’t use. However, whoever was working thought it’d be cool to just take the leftover money I guess. Thanks for not refunding it! Idk why it doesn’t automatically go back to your card like it did when I worked there! That’s b.s.! Now anybody can just take the money if you don’t go back in for the refund. Psh.

Thanks for the response to my 3 star rating. This has to do with the policy to not allow customers access to the bathroom facilities after 9pm at any of the Casper area stores. I have twice been denied access and although I DO understand Why it was put in place, I don't understand why some leeway isn't being used or a 'key entry only' type of compromise can be made.

Just so you know and I'm being totally honest, the employees are always extremely rude and have an attitude towards me and my friends when we go in there. They are not professional I do not have any work ethic at all. The store is never clean and they're always on their phones. Then they had the audacity to charge 25 cents a jug to get water out of the sink when my friend really needed water for their vechile cause it was running hot. I do not recommend going to this store for anything..

Loaf'N'Jug is a very nice gas station, basically like a Maverick inside but there's more loaves and jugs. Employee greeted us and sold us a bag of ice, which was perfect. Bathroom is clean with some nice sink water pressure. Gas is awesome and won't fail you. we've been here three times for our two day trip in Wyoming, we'll be back to buy a loaf'n'jug.

I bought $100 of bad diesel. Left me broke down and with a blown head gasket. That $100 of bad gas is costing me thousands. Has anyone else recieved bad diesel here? Especially on the 20th or 21st if June?

So I spent 26 cents on water first of water should be free especially since its in a water bottle second I went to use the restroom and the restroom was completely out of everything I had to call a friend to steal toilet paper from the woman's and as I'm getting ready to walk out the door gets on locked and swings open no nock or nothing witch I don't know about you but even if I had to pay 26 cents that still makes me a customer and that was completely uncalled for
