I have been a member for eight years now and pay over $100 a month for my husband and myself to be on a membership. I walked in today with my two children who are one and three and was chased down by a rude front desk. Member (Janelle) who did not give me an option to pay for my three-year-old just told me you better not be planning on swimming with them because I double checked your membership and they are not on it. I have brought my daughter swimming in the past, and never had a word said to me so her approach and demeanor was completely uncalled, for I would've happily paid after being told what the policy was for my 3year old.

This gym is expensive. I knew that when I signed up. I did a walk through with one of the staff. Everything seemed good and seem like it would be a good fit. After a while I’ve noticed 3/4 of the cardio equipment is broken and just doesn’t work. The weights and everything else is dirty, they don’t require people to wipe anything off after they use a piece of equipment. The weights are covered in powder, and everything is sticky.

Great gym! I’m from out of town and they offer a day pass. Good choice of equipment and not too crowded.

To start I love the concept of this gym with their classes, facilities and amenities. All of the trainers are fantastic. It is a pretty expensive gym but I don’t mind the cost considering all that is included. The only two things about this gym which I really wish would be improved are it’s cleanliness (mainly in the locker room) and the number of unsupervised children (under the age of 10) who run around the weight area and occupy the equipment to just sit. It doesn’t seem to me that the steam room is cleaned regularly and it is often very slimy and dirty. This could end up causing mold/mildew concerns given the humidity. The showers also often have a good amount of dirt in them. I have noticed that the locker rooms have actually gotten worse over the past 6 months regarding cleanliness. This gym would be perfect if you guys clean and maintain the locker rooms…..

This is a very nice gym for Casper. It is clean!Overall, friendly staff for the most part. My only complaint is that there isn’t anything for kids. We came from a gym that offered childcare classes throughout the whole day, to having to pay for my oldest to join a CrossFit class on top of our membership. I wish this gym pushed the importance of fitness starting at a very young age, and offered fun classes for all ages. Other than that small inconvenience, we love it here.

307 CrossFit at Life Time Health and Fitness is HANDS DOWN the very best CrossFit location I have ever had the pleasure of attending. The coaching staff here have built an institution and instrument of greatness that is unparalleled by any other! 307 CrossFit is a living and breathing example of what the community of CrossFit was designed to be. You are immediately adopted into the family and both pressed and encouraged to exceed your own expectations. The all encompassing schedule here includes a routine and opportunity for everyone no matter your goals or ambitions. The coaches will personally identify and sculpt every step you take to far exceed your every fitness expectation. I cannot say enough about my experience here and will utilize the skills and training I received for a lifetime! Thank you all so much! I look forward to a healthier and happier life as I continue to pursue a level of fitness I would have never believed possible and persevere with your words of encouragement and motivation.

Everyone is really nice here, and the employees are willing to help you get familiar with the building. There are lots of classes you can take, I tried CrossFit and really enjoyed it (though I almost died in the process ?) It's one of the more expensive gyms, but it has high quality.

It is organized and each section or area of the facility is sectioned off and allows for a clear choice of where you would like to workout at.

This place takes advantage over people financially.$90 a month base cost + cost of classes + cost of 24-7 gym as options. You don't pay for 1 month either there's a mandatory 30 day cancellation period which will enroll you for another month as a method to trap you.I am a person who has worked out consistently 2 hours a day for years and I cannot keep my silence here any longer because I know there is better. If you are a person who particularly likes to throw their money away for old dated equipment sure. There are some classes, maybe you want to do those but honestly don't do it through here because you end up eating the price of the class and the price of the building.Did this for months honestly it's just really high price for what you get and you can save 70% cost by just doing the class and joining a cheaper gym. The other gym options in town have better equipment and are cheaper.I'm serious anyone who is considering this gym email me and I will help find places and classes for you here in town and show you how you are saving at least 50%.Not 24-7 either you have to pay the price it would cost to get a planet fitness membership to get the 24 hour gym which the 24 hour gym actually has less than the planet fitness it's kind of ridiculous. Place is a scam and there's better out there unless you truly desire the high cost to have your gym and everything located here. There's a cute stuffed boar I assume was shot in Africa by the rich owner and put on display so there's that if you are into it.By going here you are really only feeding money to the owner by being naive.

I started lifetime a few months ago and hesitation and anxiety are a few of the things I felt the day I went in, but it quickly changed with just 5 min into a class. I have only attended the crossfit classes but I adore every coach there. They are knowledgeable, kind, and always helping with technique and form. The members as well are amazing. It makes going to the gym fun and something to look forward to. The front desk staff are so sweet and always smiling which is huge I think. If you were wanting a fun, non judgemental, clean, and friendly place to start your gym journey go here!!! ❤️❤️

Lots of great amenities and friendly staff. If you are an early morning gym person, this place will probably be great. If so most of my detractors below wont apply. My biggest issue is that all the classes are essentially over by 5:30 and (last classes start at 5:30) and there isn't a great selection. With the yoga for example, it's the same yoga class M-TH at 5:30 so I'm out of luck less I come in in the AM which isn't feasible with my job.The closing time of 9p in the summer doesn't make much sense to me since it stays lighter out longer. Wish they would just keep consistent at 9:30, which it is in the winter. Also a bummer that all the cardio equipment facing the window have a TV shoved in front of them.Last is it just seems a little dingy/dated compared to other gyms in the area like Planet Fitness and YMCA.For me, with the limited class availability, high monthly membership fee, and differing closing times, I cancelled my membership.I may consider rejoining for a few months in the winter.

Great Facility, everything you could ever want your gym to have and the majority is included in the cost. Very clean, lots of spaceband the only place in Casper that has lap and therapy pools, both salt water and jacuzzi, steam and dry saunas. Just be sure to communicate 30 days advance if you ever want to cancel because they will charge you until you do, they do offer medical holds but also make sure to communicate or they will charge you while you don't go.

Great place in Casper to be a member. Love that we could bring our kids with us to workout. We were only visiting for a month, and a family membership for a month was only about $100, which was perfect. Includes use of the swimming pool and fitness classes.
