I popped into Kohl's in Casper Wyoming and was asked if I needed assistance when on the way to the item I wanted. I picked up my item and went to the register with one person waiting and Amy popped up and opened a register and I was out of the store and on my way in just minutes. It was a pleasureable shopping event for someone who does not like shopping.
