Had an excellent experience with them, they worked on my older model 4 wheeler that dealerships refused to touch. They gave me price options and communication was on point. Highly recommend.

This mechanic shop is such a joke. Was deceived by the 4.2 starts. These guys will charge you an arm and a leg for the minimal service. Was charged over $150 for a “diagnosis “ and changed a rear break light which was provided. Big red flag, they will take you in within a couple of days and as you arrive the mechanics are everywhere else but in the shop working on the cars. If you don’t want to give your money away, I’d advise you to stay away from this place.

This is the second and last time I will come here. I came to them 8 months before to fix my starter. Supposedly they fixed it but I still had issues with the starter working. They never seem to fix my car completely, I always get it back from them with something not working properly. After they fixed my car they said I needed to get the power steering pump replaced which would have cost me 900 bucks. I went to a different mechanic and they found and fixed the problem for 180 dollars. This last time I brought my car the starter had stopped working again. If they had done a proper job of fixing it the first time I would not have had to bring it to them a second time to fix. On top of that they told me I need to get my catalytic converter replaced, a problem they said was brought on by the starter not being fixed properly, a job they did. A good mechanic should stand by their work, I wouldn't have charged a customer a second time for a botched job I did. Thats over 2000 dollars of work I have to get done now. I don't have that kind of money right now. I'm a homeless veteran. Also for some mysterious reason my car battery won't hold a charge and just drains which it wasn't doing when I brought my car in. I need my car to work so I can work. This will be the last time I come to this place. Plus they are a little curt and rude. Hope this gets back to them and they start giving better customer service.

So unprofessional. Disrespectful. Had them do a 3 hour job, took them over a month. And they didn’t do nothing I asked. Had three people working on it, no one knew what had been done or what still had to be done on it. When I got it back ran the same way it did. They did nothing but take my money. So don’t waste your money here.

They do awesome work. I needed my starter replaced and they were able to take me in when other mechanic shops were unable. They also discovered issues I was having that my other mechanic overlooked and they have fair prices. Charged me less than what my mobile mechanic was charging to replace my starter. I will definitely return for future work on my car as needed.

I would highly recommend KB Mechanics they got my car in right away and were done with it hours later.
