If you're not buying your pet need products here, you should give them a try vs the big box stores. I've switched in the last year and am so impressed with the customer service and product lines! This last Sat was customer appreciation day which at most stores yields you a few percent off purchase. Not at K&M, I received 25% off my purchases (no disqualifying products that I found) and they loaded my happy hound up with a half dozen FREE food items, a couple of them being same size while others were full product bag! They carry high quality food and were very knowledgeable regarding their products. See you soon K&M, and thanks!!

Caspers best freaking pet store ever, they have everything you need for dogs and cats! If you love your fur babies then prove it by picking up some beef throats or kitty lick ems and stop leaving your dogs and cats out all night, in the cold or heat, dropping them on the side of the road or abandoning them in general; you people shouldn't be allowed to keep pets....

Amazing service, knowledge workers, the owners only settlement foods that are best for cats and dogs. So I know that no matter what I am buying, the food will be excellent. They have a wide variety from wet food, dry food, freeze dried, to raw that is nutritionally complete.They are so friendly here. I highly recommend them.

If the products were worth shopping for, the customer service is keeping me away. Was told what I am feeding my puppy is garbage, even though it’s prescribed by my vet. Sorry, but I trust veterinarians more than a business owner. She was just really rude about it!

This store is great and has a wide selection of quality items for your fur babies. If they don’t have it, ask! Sue was fantastic and made sure to let us know that if they didn’t have it in stock they could get it for us. Happy to shop at a locally owned establishment that sells quality products.

Fantastic every time. One of our pups has allergies, and this is the only store I've found nearby that consistently stocks food he can have. They even went out of their way to make sure they had some specifically for when I come in and need to get more.Went in 7/21/22 because one of our cats is crying for food despite being fed an appropriate amount and eating a combination of wet food and freeze dried. The vet ruled out any medical issues, so we're thinking he might still feel hungry. They were able to recommend some products and help me select a bag to try. They also offer returns and exchanges when food doesn't work out which is awesome for a pet owner looking to try new things.
