We try and buy our fuel only from Shell. Our kubota generator runs much better on Shell Diesel. The customer service is GREAT. They're friendly and personable. They may e a bit more expensive on fuel, but the quality of fuel is superb. BONUS, you can save 5 cents a gallon with their fuel rewards (nationwide)

Please read before renting anything here, would give 0 or negative stars to this place. I rented a 15 foot truck from a U-Haul location close to this on Bryant stock trail, the lady there (Taylor, I believe) did a full walk-around and really made sure I knew the vehicle was safe and sound. Definitely go there.

I hate to leave reviews, but this one I have to get out there. I have been using uhaul for years and have absolutely no problem with them. My problem is with Jerry's Interstate Services. I had to drive 7.5 hours one way to casper from Utah on a Sunday to pick up my classic ford truck. As many places are closed on Sundays, I could only find one uhaul center available for trailer rental on Sunday, Jerry's Interstate. I reserved the truck hauler online and we set off for Casper. We arrive at Jerry's and I walk in and tell him that I am there to pick up the truck hauler that I had reserved online. He tells me straight up that he can't let me take the trailer or rent it because his computer isn't working. He says he can't help us and I say that there has got to be something that we can work out. He says there is nothing he can do and that I'll have to come back tomorrow. I explain that I just drove 7.5 hrs and that my brother-in-law and I both have work tomorrow. I ask if he can print a contract out or if he has any paper forms I can sign and fill out. I even offer to pay cash in full. He refuses and goes back to watching his nascar race on tv. I was extremely nice and he would not help me at all. I call the national uhaul line and talk with a few people who offer to see what they can do. I tell Jerry that I have them on the line as I come back in the store and that they would like to talk with him to see what they can figure out. He rolls his eyes, says, "What Now?" and huffs like I'm an idiot. He talks with them and again says there is nothing he can do. I talk with the people on the phone, they give me a number to call. I contact the uhaul headquarters in Casper and there is one gal there who has very little experience, but is really nice and helpful. I get in my vehicle and drive to the Uhaul offices and meet her. (btw, I leave my brother at the gas station because Jerry was planning on closing up the station to go home and watch Nascar. I knew I'd never get the trailer if I didn't leave someone there.) We go over the rental agreement on her computer, she ends up having to charge me an extra $50 because of the computer system errors, yadda yadda. She tells me it will be refunded on the following monday. I go back to Jerry's Interstate and show him the agreement and that I should be able to take the trailer. He says "we will see about that" like he is going to do everything in his power to make sure I can't take it. He comes out to inspect the truck, luckily it's a new Cummins Diesel with plenty of power with everything working. He wasn't happy and was probably the most grumpy ol' gas station guy I've ever met. Maybe he just had a bad day, but I sure did a lot of work for them and even paid them for the work I did. I get it, he's old, he wants to go home and watch nascar, but hire someone who can do customer service if you can't.

They ripped me off for fuel. First they lied about me having to buy fuel from them. So if that wasnt bad enough they said there an 1/8 tank of fuel when i dropped it off and there was a 1/4 of a tank. They charged me $8 for it. The fuel level was as much if not more. Just like when I picked it up. I took pics of both before and after with mileage. To prove it. What a bunch thieves. Uhaul needs to pull there dealership.

They price fix there gas with Maxs when Loaf n' Jug is just a block away. Loaf n' Jug has at most times 10 two 13 cents cheaper fuel. Depending on what Maxs and Shell wants to over charge you.
