Kimmy Berrett is amazing. She transonformed my hair and it's so healthy. 0 split ends even months after my last cut and color. I recommend kimmy to anyone! She is awesome.:)

Leona not only fixed my yellow blonde that no other stylist here in Casper cared to take the time to do?? She is a terrific stylist!! With an awesome personality!! I say management needs to fulfill her simple request for a hair cutting stool instead of arguing in frount of clients ?♀️ I would suggest keeping Leona at the JCPenney salon! She does beautiful work!!! Management treated her so unfairly over a haircut stool!

Leona did a great Job On my mothers Katy's haircutt, we came in because we were impressed by Leona's reviews.She gave us a phenominal expierience at the jcPenney Salon. She was very proffessional friendly easy to talk to and she was very confident in what she was doing.My mom requested to get her split ends cut and have her hair layered, now keep in mind my mom has very long and thick hair.Leona gave her a beautiful haircut with beautiful looking layers.I was disturbed by Salon manager Kim behavior, when Leona had asked where the hair cutting stool was since she needed it to cut my moms long hair.Kim had a very hostile attitude and she argued in front of us with Leona in a hostile manner she told Leona that she had to put in a accomidation request for a hair cutting stool, I thought is she really kiding me??!!!.While Leona was cutting my mothers hair, Kim manager was yelling again at Leon, and telling her that she needs to go home.First of all I would like to add to that that Kim was hostile and disrespectful torwards her employee in the middle of her haircut!!Kim had no right to humiliate Leona in front of her customers. She should have given Leona the hair cutting stool, so that she could have worked comftable and precise instead of arguing infront of us.Salon manager needs to be reported to disrict manager, I felt like they were WITCH-HUNTING Leona in the salon!!!!I felt like she was trying to get a rise out of Leona for no reason at all, while she was only doing her job, to satisfy her customers.

I came in last week for highlights and Leona did a great job! My haircut was amazingly very good! Her blow out was just so soft silky and bouncy!! I will return to her again she is an asset to jcPenney and a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hairstylist in my opinion!!! Salon manager Kim was treating her disrespectfully while my hair was processing!Other than that I had a great experience with Leona

I love getting my hair cut and dyed at this salon. The staff there are professional and friendly. The salon is convenient for me and very clean. The manager there is wonderful. She is doing a great job. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Leona did an amazing job with my hair today! She was the most patient and friendly person ever. My hair was in terrible shape and color. I just moved to Casper and I went here and got her as my hair stylist. I will say she will be getting my business from now on and my families! I would suggest her to anyone. She checks on you to make sure you are doing okay throughout everything!

Leona was a Godsend and accepted me for an emergency haircut, my hair was damaged and she fixed it by cutting it and styling it the best possible way. She will do a color tomorrow and get me back on track. My self esteem was purely damaged with my fried hair. She took me in as an emergency and I am fully satisfied with herskills.

First of all thank you Leona!!!I came in with complete damaged hair!!Leona gave me a haircut, a complete color and a style..When I walked out my hair looked so shiny, bouncy and so soft!!I felt like a Hollywood star!! ❤️?She is Jcpenney's best hair stylist in my opinion!! Just keepin it a ?If you are looking for a hairstylist make an appointment with Leona!You will look fabulous walking out!!Trust me ladies?One more thing the store manager Diane was getting her hair done by the Salon manager Kim, both were conversing about how they liked and enjoy the way they were terminating employees.Diane Store manager was gossiping how she hated the former Salon manager and how she was happy to have gotten rid of her so was Kim Salon manager.They both were gossiping while I was getting my hair done. I felt very disturbed and uncomfortable by their behavior this was uncalled for, while I was getting my hair done! The store manager and Salon manager were very unprofessional!This needs to be reported to the district manager!!

My mother Sharyln came in today and had a haircut and a beautiful blow-out by Leona.My mom was 100% satisfied ♥️She said Leona was very knowledgeable and she was very thorough in her work.Leona was passionate about her work and very proffessional!She gave my mother a relaxing head massage while washing her hair. She then interduced my mom to hair products which she loved and purchased.My Mom walked out felling beautiful ?We had a very positive experience at JCPENNY with Leona!!We made sure to rebook with her in April!!!!If you are looking for a new stylist go to Leona!!!!!
