Zero stars. Never have any parts nobody knows how to get you the right parts awful avoid at all costs. I have to constantly call down to Denver to find the parts and then give Floyd's to part number to get me what I need. NeverEnding story with this place

Floyds did a great job of getting the truck holding our product back on the road. Kwailin and Natelee went above and beyond by sending pictures of the trailer, and providing updates every step of the way to let us know our equipment and product was safe.

My semi blew the radiator just coming into town and I was able to limp it up to Floyds. This is the second truck of mine that they’ve worked on and always provide quick fast and efficient service. I took my truck in on a Thursday with a blown radiator and they cleaned everything up and replace the radiator and had it back to me Friday afternoon. If my wheels aren’t turning then I am not earning. And they understand that concept and get you in and out as fast as I can, I will continue to keep coming back

This dealership parts people are lied. They sold me defective turbo and didn’t exchange or return money for. I returned their turbo back and filled out warranty form as they asked me to but nothing happened. It passed 4 months. They do not want to take care it. I have to file court against them to return my money back. It’s so unfair and unprofessional.please stay away from them and don’t buy parts from them. If you don’t want loose your money.I ask again your manager to resolve my issue.

Please I want to tell truck drivers, do not take your truck to this location. I took my truck to this location. I paid close to $7,000 and they did not do anything with my truck and I had to move my truck to Salt Lake city and now my truck has been fixed. Please truck drivers don’t take your truck here.

We developed a drivetrain noise while in the Casper area. Floyd's got us in quickly and diagnosed the trouble as the carrier bearing. All of the service staff were very helpful. Highly recommend!

From a few years ago I had a 4 star review. I'm changing it to ?? because the parts counter service has become terrible. There are times when they get truck info and tell you they will call back and never do or when you tell them the part you need they order it but leave the obvious important parts of that part out of the order. I've asked for 2 of the same parts and they only order one of them. When this is the closet dealer and I have to drive 2hrs one way to get here and parts counter person doesn't do their due diligence and get the correct stuff ordered it kills your whole day. Time is $ especially when the truck can't work because they didn't do their part of taking care of customer. I will be checking online from now on instead of getting the run around from this place.
