I stopped into Interstate Battery on September 14th, and I had an awesome experience, got the battery I wanted, and all the info about it, this 3731 East Second Street, Casper, Wyoming site, is the best in town, very helpful, courteous, very informative, and fast, great prices, Mike Bennett, and Mario, you need more people like these two, they deserve a raise, thank you Interstate Battery, Mike and Mario, will always do business here.

Today I went in to have Interstate Battery check my battery because the car was having a hard time starting. The battery is one of the reasons why that can happen. Mark and his team were amazing. I cannot say enough good about him and his colleagues as they were extremely helpful and trying to pin down the reason why I was having a hard time with the starter. We ultimately determined it was not the battery and even then they did everything they could to help. The car was taken to another mechanic that was recommended and I was provided a ride back to work by Mark. They n't they went out of their way to be outstanding and customer service and Care. I will take all of our business to this company in regard to batteries from this point forward. It is GREAT to see customer service at its best.

Bought their top of the line battery for my old Xterra that held up strong for about 5 years. In that time the vehicle was used from southern Texas to North Dakota. From 130 to -60 without any battery issues.After that vehicle sat around for the last year the battery was shot.Picked up a new battery and the old Xterra is back to life.The man at the store was very helpful and offered to grab the old battery so I wouldn't have to carry it.Great batteries and service. Thanks guys

Tried to buy 2 batteries [ Tried ] for my truck, because of the cold spell even using jumper cables for one hour wouldn't start. Went to the interstate battery up the street in Casper, WY.
The employee at interstate battery said he would come out and install new batteries for an extra $60 the next day...He never showed up or called, went in the following day and said sorry, was busy, for sure will be there tomorrow, [ he would call first thing in the morning ] again never called or showed up. It's been 2 weeks now and never a call, finally the weather warmed up and I was able to jumpstart my truck. Went to Sam's club and they sold me a better battery for about 1/2 the price, same day free install. I think interstate battery is an overpriced joke.

These guys are amazing ? We needed a battery asap for a work vehicle and they had it ready for us in 5 minutes. WOW plus they fixed our key fobs. Talk about excellent service, I would give them many more stars if I could. You saved us thanks guys!!!

Interstate battery center on east 2nd in Casper is the place to go for all batteries, gentleman who took care of replacing my car battery and providing replacements for my power tool batteries was terrific, knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient!
