It's big and clean. There's a lot of low-quality to medium-quality tools. Most are fairly priced (although some are not).
A rude employee aggressively asked me information that shouldn't be required for a cash purchase.

I absolutely love the new layout of the store. It looks so modern, and feels so much bigger. Every time we walk in, multiple employees always greet us. No tools? What the heck, Scott?! There's so many tools in this place... I have to drag my husband out by the ear, or we'd be there looking all day. Great store!

Customer service was amazing.Place cost me an arm and leg but well worth it. Same warranty as snap on or craftsman and way cheaper. Great place if you are not a tool snob.
