I was quoted approximately $500.00 and they charged me $809.66 for a wheel bearing. Doyle Johnson’s did my other one for $453.00. The difference being that Doyle Johnson’s is a local business and Greiner is owned by a corporation and pretends to be local. To my surprise Josh, the Service Manager, called and said that he was sorry and that they would reimburse me the difference, which I thought was great customer service. Josh then asked me if I would write a review giving them 5 stars after Ford contacted Greiner concerning a previous review of 1 star. I said that I would because of their follow up to make things right. Well I did what he asked and waited for the check. Well after about 2 weeks I hadn’t received the check so I called and talked to someone in bookkeeping and they had no clue as to what I was talking about and said that they would get back with me. They called me back and said that the reason there was no check is because Josh never started the process and he was responsible for initiating that process. I’m writing this review because what I thought was great customer service turned out not to be. Josh was just trying to cover his butt in order for me to change my review and his poor customer service is the reason I’m doing this review.

Laura and Travis had helped me get into a truck that is running great/looks great. Crunching numbers is what Laura’s great at and she’s honest/straight up about what your options are in your comfort zone. Took it on a road trip right away, had no issues there and back, Great help/experience through and through. I would go give them a shot and see if they might be able to help you as well.

Dave was a great salesman and Steven was very knowledgeable with the payment plan, however the truck did not have any floor mats and when the floor mats were put in from a different truck which was really dirty it made the detailing of the truck kind of pointless. Highlights were Dave and Steven, low points were the detailing service not listening to Dave.
