I really liked Faith! I did not however appreciate a 299.00 delivery fee. My table that seats 6 only came with 4 chairs, I had to pay an extra 500.00 for two more chairs. My delivery( not custom order) will take over 3 months to get.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW UP ON WARRANTY ISSUES.
We bought a full bedroom set from them a few years ago. Within 1 year, all of the electrical components failed (lights, switches). We reported this to them and they promised to get back with is when parts came in....they never did.
We went in and looked at some additional furniture, and asked about our warranty parts, they promised to follow up cause the parts never got ordered... They never did.
This week, we were mattress shopping. We stopped in, and while looking at buying a new mattress, we recalled the terrible customer service we have received in the past...so we took our business elsewhere.

Joey was amazing and greeted us told him we were just looking didn’t hover . I appreciate that in sales people which allows us to make our own choices in the end we came to him and he was totally helpful knowledgeable thankful for him. Great customer service.

We were looking for a king size bed with storage and shelves. Joey was awesome , not pushy, and easy to talk to. They have good quality furniture. We have also bought tall bar stools from them in the past.
