As a wyoming cattle rancher we bought steaks here. I will stick to old school cattle ranching and not fall for what Billy is trying to pass off!!

Great beef, cute little butcher shop. We continue to shop here for our hamburger, as they sell frozen packs, even after moving over 3 hours away from Casper!

First time buying from Frank's and it did not disappoint. The meat is incredible and so is the staff. Shout-out to Destin for keeping us informed. Worth the visit.

Bought a beef and a pig from here. Of all the beeves and pigs I’ve bought, Franks have been the best quality. And they sell booze. Win win

Frank's is just awesome. From concept to reality it just works. They built a brand new building and designed it exactly for their needs. Franks first off is a butcher shop selling beef from their own ranch and other locally sourced ranches in Wyoming. Yes they do have pork to including bacon that they hickory smoke themselves. In addition to both fresh and frozen meat all vacuum sealed, they make their own sausage, hot dogs, meat sticks, pastrami, and mouth watering hickory smoked jerky. They also dry age steaks for sale or you can buy your own chunk of meat and have them dry age it for you. They also have multiple book cases of dry and wet spices and sauces for your meats. The next 1/3 of the store is a liquor/wine/beer store. At the end of the beer cooler doors is one door dedicated to cheeses, pickled everything, and more of what you would need to make an awesome cheese plate. One corner of the store slightly hidden is a 10-12 seat little bar where they seem to secretly serve up cocktails, draft beer and small food plates made with the food they sell. They are famous for their huge Bloody Mary with their own meats and cheeses on the stir stick. This place really has it all and has the most friendly ready to help employees. My favorites up to date from a years worth of purchases include the bone in ribeyes, the bacon wrapped filet mignons, the Dill Pickle flavored meat sticks, the hickory smoked jerky, and the Fenugreek seed Gouda cheese wedges.

Five stars isn't enough for this place. My wife and I JUST but into the summer sausage. It is the best either we have ever had. We bought it as well as a few other meats that we can't wait to try. Frank's has our business indefinitely. Also, I am a Disabled Veteran, and they very kindly helped me out to my truck with the purchases, and didn't disturb my dogs one bit!!

I went into Franks looking for organic or pasture raised chicken, but I found pastrami, sausages, rib eve and some peppered bacon.I had been craving a pastrami sandwich for weeks, living in San Diego I got boar's head, it was rubbery and not very tasty, I am originally from NY, I also went to the milk house farmers market in Mills thinking they would have some chicken, they didn't but they had some tasty fresh breads, I got the roasted garlic and herb bread, I know it's suppose to be rye, well I like real bread, also I picked up some dill pickle saurkrate, this stuff was amazing, now on to Baritts butcher shop I found some all natural chicken breast and some sliced swiss cheese.I warmed up Franks pastrami in a little butter, it's very lean, (a little fat would be better) the I sliced the bread added mustard on one side, thousand island on the other swiss cheese on both sides, then added that dill pickle saurkraut, on 1 side and the heated pastrami on the other now close the sandwich, and grill in the pan you heated the pastrami in til nice and toasty (add more butter if needed), and cheese is melted, let me tell you this took me home!, That pastrami is money!, (I would tell Frank's to leave just a little fate on it,next time)The flavor is there, so good, who doesn't like their pastrami lean as long as it has all that flavor!!I can't wait to try the other items I purchased, rib eye, peppered bacon, and some sausages.I think I may need to bring some pastrami home to California!!

No longer packed how I want it. All the bones were cut out of everything. I never order anything without bones. The roast were double the size that I wanted. Either the mixed up my order or they completely disregarded how I want it cut and packaged. I always get the organ meat and this was quarter not have. Very disappointed in new owners. I wish I could find a butcher in Fremont county that I did not have to supply the beef.

Frank’s is the best!!! Excellent meat and the little bar is so much fun. They have the best bartenders in all of Casper!!! I highly recommend the Honey Habanero Lemonade. Their bloody Mary’s are excellent as well!
