Call center is off line, and you can NOT access your account. Then, it takes away your pin on your ATM card..and you have to go in person to obtain new one.The people at call center are RUDE.

Litterely the WORST bank I've ever worked with. Disrespectful and rude to every customer. The waiting room was a joke and took forever to get someone. No privacy what so ever, litterely the whole building could hear private information, they had offices but put up desks out in the middle of the lobby. I will never bank here again and I have let my friends family know to stay FAR away.

WORST BANK EVER! Beware!!! My mom made a drop box payment and they claim they never received it!!! This bank is incapable of doing basic transactions they offer as this is the second time they have done this the first time we went to an actual teller and I kept the receipt!! Keep your receipts people!!

The ladies at the East ridge bank are TOP NOTCH!! EXTREMELY courteous, helpful and friendly. They recognize you and remember your name. They sincerely treat you as a friend. I hope that corporate knows just what an amazing staff they have and I hope that they are rewarded for a job well done! They represent your company in the best way possible.
