This is the smaller store-- the full-service is the one on 2nd street!!Nice folks and we have never had a bad experience. When I came in for full service they were so polite about how the other store offers that stuff.

Wish I could give 0 stars, A package was supposed to be delivered to me today on new years eve, that I really needed before New Years day. FedEx is supposed to be doing delivery nationwide today, for whatever reason Casper Wyoming center was not delivering. So they can delivere on Christmas, Jesus's birthday and a day many people love and cherish, but they drop everything when the earth orbits the sun as it's done for billions of years. Thanks for screwing me with no lube.

I am very frustrated with FedEx I was patient for our snow storm but since passed the last 3 days it's says on truck out for delivery and then around 1pm everyday its says weather delayed I live 3 miles from the location and yet again it's delayed and you also don't have no way for me call the local place to see if I can just come get it since I know the roads are clear of snow!!!!!

The only reason I marked one star for this company is that the post button would not let me hit it till i did. I have never in my life been so upset or disappointed with a shipping company than I am with 0FedEx not only did they ruin Easter for four kids but then the driver who has my package has lied and been nothing but lazy for 4 days he has delayed it do to weather yet he past my house everyday of them 4 days

I am going to be honest. I wish I could give more stars. I made the mistake of using an almost competitor this week to save $40. In the end, after the false advertisement from the computer, I only saved $10, and that isn't saved, because it STILL isn't delivered. The people here at FedEx, would have had it there the next MORNING. I really regret not using FedEx on this one. My BIG MISTAKE. When i need to send the next one, you can bet I will be there
