The staff is 100% focused on the customer’s experience. It’s not all about making a sale, it’s about helping the customer feel welcome and valued. It’s about helping her find items that make her look and feel fabulous so that she can be confident in her purchase. I appreciate that FCO carries items that are not “cookie cutter”, meaning you won’t find them in big box stores, and therefore you are afforded a more unique wardrobe. The store has great brands at a great price and there are always sales. I would like to see a little bigger selection of plus sizes that appeal to women aged 30-50, as a lot of the prints/styles lean more towards older women, however the new stuff that just came in is FANTASTIC!!!

I have gone to Fashion Crossroads since I was a child with my mom. What brings me back as an adult is that from the moment you walk in the door you are taken care of like an old friend. There are not many places anymore where you can get such honest and quality customer service the entire visit and the quality of the merchandise is of the highest quality.

The individual who helped me was very knowledgeable about the inventory available. She would suggest outfits to me based on the information I gave to her. She has a good grasp on fashions. She made my shopping experience more enjoyable.

I have shopped almost exclusively at Fashion Crossroads and Fashion Crossroads Outlet for the last few years. The staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The selection in both stores is excellent and unique. Even if I leave empty-handed, which is rare, the experience is always positive. And, maybe most importantly, I love supporting a local small business. It's a win all the way around.

This is a great store...one of my two favorites in Casper. I can always find something I like here. The merchandise quality is excellent. The owners are staff are always very friendly and helpful. They know their customers likes and dislikes and are very good at helping select and accessorize outfits. But they do not "hover". I highly recommend Fashion Crossroads. It is always a fun shopping experience!
