After calling, I took my minivan into Doyle Johnson's to help figure out the cause of a vibration that had just appeared. Travis was very helpful, took a drive, and figured out the problem was due to a new engine miss. He went under the car and made sure the running gear wasn't the cause, which was my original concern. He (along with other mechanics in town) had other work ahead of me and I was traveling so that's as far as he could help. After all this - 1/2 hour? - he did not charge me!

Broke down outside Casper on my way from Billings to Denver. They had me on my way within 2 hours of being towed to their shop. Excellent service, kind employees, and it’s easy to tell that they truly care about their clients. 10/10.

We broke down in Casper on the way home to CO from Montana. After being towed and calling a few shops, Doyle's was able to get us in. We thought we'd be in for a lengthy diagnosis and repair, but were pleasantly surprised by a phone call the next afternoon to let us know our van was ready to go! They had started working on it that first night. We can't say enough good things about our experience. Thank you for getting us back on the road and back home!

Traveling through Wyoming and heard a roar in the driver side front tire. Needed a hub replacement and they got us in and out in the same afternoon. Very honest people and I highly recommend this auto shop!

My car was overheating on a long road trip, as I was going through Wyoming. I had it towed to casper and called around the next morning to find a shop to look at it. Every shop I called wouldn't fit me into their schedule. Doyle Johnsons was the only shop that would take me in and look at my car! They worked me into their schedule that day, even though I could tell they were super busy. They fixed my car and I was back on the road! Can't thank them enough for helping me when I was stranded !!!

We broke down in a blizzard and limped into Casper. We got our 2011 Nissan Murano to Doyle Johnson's the next morning and we had a bad CVT that was identified as the culprit. Todd gave us some recommendations and options. We opted to have them keep the car and do the repair while we continued on home to Montana the next day. 3 weeks later we picked it up and everything is running like clockwork. Great people, knowledgeable crew, and awesome work. Thanks to the entire Doyle Johnson Team!

We were doing a cross country road trip and felt we had some trouble with our van. We were close to Casper and so we exited and drove to Doyle Johnson’s. Not only didn’t we have to stay long and were attended to almost immediately but everything was checked out and we weren’t charged for anything. They could have told us anything and charged us anything at that point coz we needed an urgent fix to continue our cross country road trip. If anyone is in the area and need a professional job done this is definitely the place to go to.Service: Transmission
