Tbh I’d give zero if I could don’t be late very disrespect if not understanding at all was late for a few days waiting on a check and locked us out told us that it’s not her job to inform us that they were going to lock it it’s our job to know that honestly recommend U-Haul before you go here it’s not worth dealing with the disrespectful devil woman you have to talk to and I pray karma hits her harder than most

The ladies that work at Downtown Storage that are very nice women the place is always really clean they take real good care of their stuff they keep an eye on all of your stuff it's a really nice location it's easy access it's a great place if you need storage
