Awful customer service. Came in to buy jewelry and the manager accused me of stealing. Went and reviewed the cameras and came back out and apologized. Poor management and unprofessional service. Other pawn shops in Casper are much better.

Every time I get my game system back from these guys my settings are messed with in a couple of my games and some of my settings are messed with on my system itself dealing with my brightness, and my set up on my car and some of my games zero out of 10 would not recommend these guys

I bought a gold nugget ring it had no marking they sold it to me saying it was 14k so I took it to riddles to get it sized and stamped but riddles had to do a test and to stamp it and it came back 10k so I am very disappointed I feel like I got cheated they charged me more then what the ring is worth will never go back it puts a bad wrap on all the pawn shops in Casper wy but in my eye depend a pawned are scam artists it would get 0 stars if it would let me

How anyone thinks this a good pawnshop is beyond me. How about instead of going out 'for' business... you just go out and stay there.

The store is fine, looks like a pawn shop. The staff I've had conversations with have been cordial and informative. But I'm flabbergasted by the firearm pricing! Are the owners aware that their charging the same as a brand new item? Was there yesterday, they had a Springfield Saint for the same price you can buy them at 3 other gun shops! I paid $100 less for a brand new one back in Nov. 2020 of the same model! It wasn't just that model, it was every weapon,their all priced insanely high for used items! Is there a reason for this? Just because a manufacturer has an MSRP, they're rarely ever price that at retail locations. It's a shame, I'd like to purchase from you, but what's the point when I can get one that's brand new for the same price or less.

One of two great pawnshops in casper wyoming, Jeff and John are fantastic reps to work with and do the best they can to make the people happy. Do right by them and they'll do right by you. I got a laptop here for writing and the key board was sticking and they had no issues getting it exchanged, even got a cheaper one with enough credit to grab a handheld playstation. Thanks guys.
