We had my windshield replaced here. I noticed a problem with the seal. I pointed it out and they promptly ordered another one with no problems and replaced it. We have used Deckers for all our auto glass needs including custom fit sun shades for a long time and will continue to do so. Even if there is a problem they are great at making sure they fix it. You will never leave them unhappy. Excellent customer service, easy to work with and great products.

I noticed a chip in my windshield and before I knew it, it started to spread. I took it in to see if they would be able to repair it or not and they we’re not sure. So I asked them to give it a try and they did. They were able to fix it. Thanks for giving it a try.

The staff at Decker East Side were incredibly accommodating. They even fixed our rock chip for free because they were concerned about the wait we experienced, when in fact, their service was super fast. Stopped by to have a small chip in my windshield repaired. They had me in and out in short order. When it came time to settle the bill, I was pleasantly surprised when they told me there would be NO charge. That was certainly appreciated and completely unnecessary.Every time I've needed glass work for a vehicle, Decker has always come through. Thanks for a great customer experience once again.
