I pretty much love this store. Especially for my garden stuff. The boyfriend is obsessed with their popcorn. My only complaint would be that sometimes management follows customers obviously trying to prevent theft. I agree shoplifting is out of control here but I admit it makes me feel uncomfortable having eyes on my every movement. Perhaps a better surveillance system instead of in person people watching? I'm going to keep coming back either way. This is my favorite hardware store hands down.

Ace Hardware stores are generally pretty helpful but this Ace definitely stands above even the most helpful ones. The experiences Ive had here have been fantastic, incredible customer service every time. Very knowledgeable staff, really top notch.

Super helpfull, know thier products, and where to locate them almost immediately. Customer service on point every time! Parking is never an issue large lot, wide open, even when it's busy.

Bought a lawnmower - not an inexpensive purchase - and was not told it could not be returned once used. Here's the thing though... I had to use it to see if it would work for me and the motor is too small. It's 2024, right? And everything is returnable everywhere else.
In addition, the guy was not helpful, but he got a good chuckle out of the situation and told me it would be fine. Lesson learned: shop Amazon.

They cut keys but you have to buy the keys from them so if you order one online with the fob and everything built in they will not cut it
