So, when I got there. I had to wait for 20 minutes, while the two employees and the owner fumble around and looking for a lost remote starter fob. Then after leaving my car with them. They were unable to install my speakers.

I went here to get my system hooked up they were suppose to put in a adapter for my steering wheel controls and some other things that cost me like 200 dollars today i took my truck to get a new radio and what do you know they charged me for it and never put the adapter in lol this place is a joke that old guy that works there is rude as hell no kind of customer service skills what so ever.. i should never had went back after the way they grounded my amp.. i had did a review before but some how it has disappeared smh

had very bad customer service, the lady was very rude. I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes before being spoke to after already booking an appointment a few weeks prior; she then continued to tell me she would not be able to do the appointment after a person with no appointment walks in and is helped right away. Will not be going back.

Very professional and reliable guys. I've had new stereo units installed here and have also went in to have things fixed correctly. Give them a call to set up an appointment. They also install and sell car alarms as well.

We showed up without an appointment asking about new door speakers for our F-150. They had two choices in stock for us to choose from. We made our decision and 45 minutes later was paid a fair price for the speakers and installation and drove away enjoying better sounding music.
