Caliber was so patient as my insurance had issues getting my car towed over. As soon as it finally dropped onto their lot, Caliber turned stuff in to my insurance and got the ball rolling!
Now if they total it out, we will be stoked. Thank you for your diligence and checking in! Excellent customer service!

I just stopped by Caliber Collusion to get an estimate on my truck. The lady asked if I had insurance and if I already had an estimate through my insurance. I told her I did so she wanted to set up an appointment without giving me an estimate. She told me that I didn't need an estimate and if it costs more that she would just bill my insurance company. I told her I wanted to know the cost regardless to know whether it will cost less or more. Itold her if i can't get an estimate that I'll go somewhere else. She replied by saying that i should probably do that. To me, this sounds shady as hell. Sounds like they just bill the insurance company the maximum amount allotted. The cost doesn't make a difference to me but not giving me an estimate shows that this company will screw you if at all possible. I'll be going somewhere else for my repairs.

My wife and I had an issue with our Toyota RAV4. We attempted to visit the local Toyota dealership first but found them to be very unhelpful. Everyone at Caliber Collision was very transparent and helpful and communicated well. Gina kept my wife and I updated the whole time our car was in the shop. I cannot recommend this place enough as having a place take care of everything to do with the car issue so I didn’t need to worry about it made everything much easier.

I have used Caliber twice now for 2 vehicles and both times they have gone above and beyond with customer service and repairs to both of the vehicles. Very clear communication with calls and texts, keeping me updated with the process. The gentleman Pete that has done the work on the vehicles is a master in his craft and I might say they come out looking better than new. 10/10 Would use again and have recommended them to others who need work done.

We received the worst service with this company. They were supposed to repair hail damage on three vehicles. They all came back scratched. Chips of paint and surface scratches all over our vehicles. That were never there before. we trusted them to do our repairs. I’m so disappointed and sad that we have new damage that hasn’t been fixed even bringing it to there attention. We took the truck back to be repaired. It still was scratched and they took 2-3 weeks to supposedly finish our trucks.

The staff is friendly, informative, and they did excellent work! I have a custom paint job and they matched the paint color perfectly! I highly recommend Caliber Collision!
