They generally have a friendly staff and employees are always nice. The employees have great customer service skills. They recommend having them hold on to your drink card so you don’t loose it. They probably should give their employees free drinks so they aren’t whining to customers about how cheap the owner is. Stopped at Big D and they have a great friendly staff.

I only go to the Big D's on 12th street. The one on 2nd street is a joke.
